Construction of Civic Recycling Centre, Roscrea (Part 8)

Part 8 of the Planning and Development Regulations 2001 (as amended)
Pursuant to the requirements of Part 8 of the Planning and Development Regulations 2001 (as amended), Notice is hereby given that North Tipperary County Council proposes the following works:-
Construction of a Civic Recycling Centre, including Caretaker’s Office, storage building, sewage treatment plant, storm water soakpit, palisade fencing, public lighting, access roadway and entrance at Dublin Road, Roscrea
Plans and particulars of the proposed development will be available for inspection, or purchase at a fee not exceeding the reasonable cost of making a copy, during normal office hours at the following locations:
- Civic Offices, Limerick Road, Nenagh
- County Council Offices, Birr Road, Roscrea
for a period of six (6) weeks from Monday, 25th June, 2007 until 4.00 p.m. on Tuesday, 7th August, 2007.
Submissions or observations with respect to the proposed development, dealing with the proper planning and sustainable development of the area in which the development would be situated, may be made in writing to the Director of Services, Environment and Emergency Services, North Tipperary County Council, Civic Offices, Limerick Road, Nenagh, not later than 4.00 p.m. on Tuesday, 21st August, 2007.
